If I had an all casein blend would you recommend using less grams? I know casein is more moisture absorbent than whey and I don’t have a blend like yours on hand.
The fat and sugar in regular cookies makes it very hard to make a high protein and low calorie version. I cant wait to try these.

Made this cudnt quite get ur macros but not far off i used greek yogurt instead of pumkin and came out fine just like urs . Tastes lovely . Does look dry but it really isnt

They’re a must try!
Protein combined with fiber and preferably also volume. But also, not all proteins are equal in satiation. And in fact, many plant foods that are low in protein offer much higher satiety. For example beans and potatoes rank much higher than any animal protein in satiety on the satiation index. Bitcoin and vegetables like that also rank high. Oranges and melons and berries do as well. Harder texture proteins rank higher than softer texture proteins. So chicken and fish will rank higher than whey or eggs in being more satiating. When cutting, I try not to make my proteins consist of mainly soft texture proteins but rather kore harder textured proteins. And I always combine them with fine and volume. So lean protein like fish or chicken with broccoli and a sweet potato, etc.

Not really. A big apple and a spoon of peanut butter is about the same, 2-300 cal for a snack seems pretty standard

@@FitFoodAEkinda refreshing to hear that. Neither. Long history of anorexia and these days just need to focus on nourishing my body properly. Having a rough minimum calorie goal in my head is useful to keep myself to account, but I don’t need to track know if I’m missing the mark
I just got one Does it NEED to be 24 hours of freezing Could be like 6 hours or less right ?
Ok so 24 hours yields the best results but it’s worked for me with like 12 hours… I feel like 6 won’t turn out that well
